RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our items.

We do however except exchanges within 7 days  after you have received your item. The item must be unworn and in the same condition and packaging it was sent out in.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we consider the item we receive back to be worn or damaged.

We also do not offer exchanges on any swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do! Please be aware that international delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on where you live. 

We have 2 options for delivery:

International Tracked & Signed - £11.99

International standard - £6.99

Please be aware that if you pick standard shipping we are not responsible for any lost post but will always provide you with proof of delivery.

 

How do I exchange an item?

 

We currently do not accept returns.

We do except exchanges within 7 days after you have received your item. Returns made after this time will be denied.

Please note that sale items , swimwear, underwear and all accessories are non exchangeable.

How long does delivery take?

 

All delivery takes approximately 1-2 weeks. If your order is placed over any bank holidays then your order may take a little longer. If your item has not arrived within 2 weeks them please message us on Instagram and we will confirm where your order is.

If you need an item by a certain date then please contact us with; the date you need the item & the item name.

we can then give you an estimated arrival date.

Only one of my items has arrived?

 

If you have ordered more than one item then they may arrive separately, so please do not worry.

 

Why was my item out of stock?

Please note all items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that your item was out of stock at your time of purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue you a full refund on this item.
